Half an hour into a ride on Sunday I was changing up from 3rd and nothing - just a big neutral where 4th gear should be.
No noises at all - just no gear. The change lever felt normal, but possibly a little higher than it was, but not really noticeable.
I was able to use gears 1-3 no problems, and limped the bike back to the bike-shop.
I just had the bike serviced after almost a year of very light use - just 2 000km in the year.
Any ideas what could be the problem? Anyone ever have this?
Expecting feedback today which I guess could be anything from "Just an adjustment needed" all the way up to "oooohhh. this be serious"
Hope it's fixable before the KZN bash this weekend.
