I have a set of imported lowering links for previous gen KLR. (up to 2007)
They drop the ride height approx 1" or 2.5 cm.

Then you just drop the forks in the stanchions by a cm or so and shorten the sidestand
to your preference.  Ideal for kortgatte or girls battling with the height.

Its machined from solid aircraft grade aluminium and much chunkier than the stockers.

R500 for the pair.
