It aint perfect, but it works! ;D
Made from 0.9mm stainless steel. Could only bend to 90degrees in the press, had to bend further by hand which did not work so well. After some "persuasion" it all came together. I intend to replace the top nut on each bracket with a wingnut and use a nylock-nut at the bottom. There is a little sideways flex, so maybe 1.2mm thick plate would give enough stiffness. Tested to 170km/h with a few different settings so far. The flex was no problem at speed though, vibration seemed more pronounced at idle. :-\
I have increase the sweep of the arch to give the screen a little more tilting travel than the Madstad brackets.
