Advise is sought again, my fellow dawgs!!!

With our Zim trip taking shape, i was wondering what does one pack in anticipation of a cross border trip. in particular i am looking for advice and suggestions from a medical perspective. what to pack, what to have in place with your medical aid etc...

All advice will be greatly appreciated.
