I have entered the Midmar Mile Swim on the weekend of 9 and 10 February. Having to get some serious swimming done before then and not getting to escape on my bike. I am not planning to ride down as the roads are deadly due to the huge number of Gautengers also going. It attracts around 17 500 competitors over eight events. I was wandering if anyone was planning to ride down or even to swim.
