Mini tank bag

Any ideas where I can shop for one in Jhb? I had a look at the small Oxford one but even that is too big for what I need it for.

If I can't find a decent small bag with a clear cover (to stick maps into) then I guess the Oxford one will do. At least I'll get some extra storage space. Any ideas?
