Motorcycle Trip Food...what do you do.

I'm curious to see how guys eat on their rides and what you pack. Not talking about 1 day stay at the B&B type trips. Guys who travel into remote places for a few days and camp. I'll givesome of the stuff I carry and perhaps I can nick an idea or two or more of you guys:

Instant oats
Coffee
Honey
Peanuts / Raisins
Dried fruit
Noodles
Tuna
Biltong
Hot sauce
Rehydrate
Frozen water
Lots of Old Brown Sherry...

I've been toying with trying this camping food in a bag just add H2O stuff but it seems really expensive and I'm not sure about the taste.
