mouldy tripper

Hi, i forgot to drain my tripper (camleback/water sytem\whatever other name there is) on my last long ride, that was 2-3 weeks ago, just saw it now and it is riddled with internal mould. What can I rinse it in to get ride of gorwths and smell/Taste?
