MOGGIE
Pack Dog
I am planning a trip in Mozambique in November 2010.
We travel from South Africa - Hoedspruit, Enter Mozambique at Giharondo border post in the Kruger park. From Hoedspruit to Giharondo the bikes will be loaded on a trailer and small truck to go through the park. From there all roads will bie 80% sand and gravel tracks.
It will include using the gas pipeline service track. We go far north up to Pemba.
A Unimog and Unimog trailer will be used as backup.
All you take is your bike and bike papers.
The Backup will care for all your equipment, food, fuel, tents, medical, showers, and booze. (cold ones).
Max 8 - 10 bikes.
The backup will be stationary at times and ride outs will be on a daily basis from the camp.
We look at 14-16 days.
Time and dates will follow soon.
Cost will be calculated at a later stage.
Regards
Dieter
