I was contacted by friends of mine from the good old days of quads and they asked if I would take them out for a ride in De Wildt. It was a slow ride but it gave JJred and myself lots of time to play. Doing jumps, riding up the walls and doing some of the technical sections while the quad guys caught up to the next meeting point.
Anyway, we get to a section which has always had interesting outcomes. We stop just before it and I say to JJred, this little section is going to be interesting as we have a couple of nice mud holes here. By now the quad riders have caught up and I decide to help them through the maze of mud holes. Next thing I see is JJred and the back wheel of his KTM 300 in the air.
