I had a look at some MX bikes, specifically in the 450 range & was quite amazed at the dry weight. The last MX bike I had was back in 1987, a RM125, which I think was a hell of a lot heavier than these bigger scoots.

Honda CFR450R - 99.7kg (twin exhaust looks good & I'm a Honda fan)
Kawasaki KX450F - 99.8kg (looks agressive)
Suzuki RMZ450 - 100kg (since last RM I had, not a big fan)
Yamaha YZ450F - 100kg (like it a lot)
KTM 450SX-F - 104kg (my pick)
Maybe I should forget the 990S idea, keep my GS & get one of these.
