Having a bit of experience now its a bit easier. No more masking tape on the floor, cutting and pasting. Its all in sketches with measurements in my build book. All the lugs and brackets will be lazer cut, and not by hand as my first one. Also I know what the end product must look like, having done the R&D and improvements on my first one.

Because its a small commercial venture the tub will be made of glass fibre as I intend making more than one. Primarily I'm building for 1150's, but it will depend on availability of suitable bikes. If need be I'll switch to 1200adv's but it will effect the price.

It makes life a bit easier and goes faster. As I go along I make jigs. The first one was made to hold when I weld round tube, but its use is much more universal like holding the frame steady when welding.
