Namibia and COVID - return process

We are looking at going to Namibia in June. What are the COVID processes for returning?
I understand leaving is easy, you just need a negative COVID test.

What happens on returning? Do they test at the border or do you need to arrange a test elsewhere?
Also what happens if you test positive? I love Namibia but being stuck in a state sponsored hostel for 14 days does not seem like a like a lot of fun for me  :deal: :deal:
