Namibia - D1983/D2186 Question.

Would be gratefull to hear about the condition of the above for our Oct trip.

Basically once heading out of Walvis on the C14 we would turn right onto the D1983 to Rooibank, then along to Gobabeb. It then becomes the D2186 to Homeb and eventualy back up to the C14 again.

Looks like a part of it is a permit road ...?

Any info appreciated.
