Namibia, Vioolsdrif and Rosh Pinah

Hi all

Anyone been through Vioolsdrif in the last couple of days?  Can anyone confirm we don't need microdotting to pass through SA customs?

Has anyone taken the Rosh Pinah road lately?  I have never taken it.  What is the condition like compared to the Ai-Ais road?  Sandy?  I am going 2 up with luggage and don't want to do sand or loose gravel if possible.  eepwall:
