Namibian border Orange river

I am putting a trip together, the basic idea is to travel along the entire Orange river/Namibian border, both sides. Onseepkans crossing to Oranjemund and back the other side. 1 week.
The more jeep track the better. Gravel highway only if no other choice.

Anyone with knowledge of the area. any pointers, routes/tracks, accommodation recommendations will be appreciated.
