- Doornkloof (Voortrekker Kamp) – Noord Vrystaat
- The nearest tar road is about 20 kms away towards the west (Kroonstad).
- Situated more or less in the middle between Kroonstad, Edenville Lindley & Steynsrus.
- We will erect signs from these towns!

R500.00 per person. See second post for payment details.
NOTE : ALL ENTRANTS pay the full entry fee, regardless of whether you spend one night or two, sleep late and miss breakfast, drink too much that you forget to eat OR ride a KTM.
I cannot do refunds because any profits (if any) will be donated to the Voortrekkers for upgrade of Doornkloof facilities.

PLEASE enter and pay on time. Your name only goes on the list once you've paid. If you bring a non-dog to the bash you are responsible that he/she behaves (better than you)
ACCOMMODATION:
For your ENTRY FEE you get :
- Entry to the site, (the access gates code will be sent to you beforehand)
- Accommodation is on a First “Arrive”, first choose where you wanna sleep basis.
- There are 119 beds in the main camp (with mattress’s only) available in various rooms / dormitories.
- Some rooms have two beds, some more and some even have 8.
PS: IN TOTAL WE HAVE CLOSE ON 800 BEDS AVAILABLE, so don’t stress, there will be place for you
WHAT YOU BRING :
- Everyone brings a sleeping bag or your choice of bedding!
- If you prefer camping, there is ample camping space for your own tent. (preferably for the oakes who snore).
PS:
# No electricity for tents, but speak to me to arrange leads and power points.
# Weekend price remains the same whether you sleep on a bed or in your tent
MEALS :
- Friday night Braai Packs available / for sale. Braai jou eie vleis.
- All the extras will be provided. (Vrystaat pap en sous being the main vegtable)
- Bacon, Wors and egg brekkie on Saturday morning
- Skaap en Vark Spitbraai Saturday evening
- Bacon Wors and egg brekkie on Sunday morning (and leftovers )
- Coffee, Tee and rusks available all the time (In the hall, NO room service)
- Places to ride
- WD Bash Sticker & some other stuff.......
- You pay cash on site for other meals : Boerie Rolls(R 20) & Hamburgers (R35)
- Available from midday on the Friday
PLEASE NOTE : The local Round Table Community organisation will be running the bar as a fund raising project , for those who prefer not to be “Topbox Trolls”
PROGRAM :
Friday :
- You ride your bike there and arrive safely
- Registration 12h00 – 18h00 at the Hall ( Late arrivals find me and I sort you out)
- You chill and have a bash
- Supper - Braai Packs available / for sale.
Saturday :
- 07h00- 08h00 Late Registrations
- Breakfast 07h30 onwards (until about 0900?)
- You go ride – On your own or on one of the recommended routes (discount coupons at various watering holes in surrounding towns)
or chill at campl
- Lunch 12h00 onwards (Boeries, burgers etc)
- PARTY
- Supper thereafter from about 19h00
- We party till we drop.
Sunday :
- Breakfast 07h30 onwards (until about 0900?)
- Pack up and go home.
REGISTRATION :
When you arrive at the camp site you come tell me you there.
I am trying to keep things as simple and inexpensive as possible. Depending on the logistical and personal requirements, there are other niceties one can add on.
Whether there will be add-ons will depend on the help and sponsors we get !

NOTES :
- Please ride slowly in the campsite.
ONCE THE PARTY STARTS AND THE SUN GOES DOWN, WE PARK OUR BIKES AND KUIER. NO BIKE SPORTS. (as per the law according to Jup)
- NO Petrol on sale / available on site. Fill up at last town before you come to camp.
- Hopefully someone who has Wilddog goodies will have them for sale on site ?
- Recovery vehicle will be available
- Fair cell phone reception.
- Good signal for Whatsapp etc
- Police and Doctors are far away, so don’t go hurt yourself seriously.
- I am more than willing to assist with planning of interesting routes to and from the venue. (Will post some later)
INDEMNITY/DISCLAIMER :
Dual-sport motorcycling inherently involves dangerous activities. Anyone who puts their name on the Attendance List and attends the Bash, do so voluntarily and acknowledge that they accept the risks as their own free choice.
[In English that means that, if you do something stupid and hurt yourself, it is your problem,( but of course being Wilddogs, and caring human beings, we will offer the help we can)]
