Need advice on panniers for 1200gs

Hi, for 50/50 riding, is the genuine BMW panniers a good choice? Or Trax? Or wolfman or similar soft with brackets?

The easiest option is the geniune BMW panniers, but how does it last through off-road riding without proper brackets?
