New Boots - "Break/Wear" in??

I got a new pair of shortie Forma's from the kids for XMas.

Still in their box, using my old ragged boots........but now the kids are FORCING me to start wearing them.

OK.

Anyway - going on a weekend trippie tomorrow.
Any "tricks" to wear these in, or not really??

Still dont want to use them, its bloody muddy around here etc etc, but ja - the Kids INSIST that I should use them.

Or just get them on and go, they'll wear in by themselves??
