New Helmet

After 6+ years with my Uvex Carbon helmet, it is now time for me to buy a new helmet.
The helmets I am looking at is,
1 Shoei TX 4
2 Arai
3 AGV

My ears are shot and I want a quite helmet if something like that is possible

Irrespective of price, which one would you buy and why?
Do you perhaps use one of the above? What do you like/dislike about it and would you buy the same helmet again

Are there any other premium quality helmets available in SA that I should have a look at.
