Started riding enduro in the early 80s, went through around 20 bikes between 1980 and 2001, all of them dual sport, MX or enduro. Some good, some bad, some forgettable, some I should never have sold. Did the roof in 1987 on a Yamaha TT600.
Been out of riding for a decade or 2. Life, work, and parenting.......
The kicker is I'm 5kms from the De Wildt hard enduro training area.
Bought a 2010 KTM300 in December, spent another R15k on getting it race ready, and then it was Redistributed in Feb.
Not insured, my bad.
Anyhoo.........picked up a 2006 WR250F in a sad state from We Buy Crap in PMB for a measly sum.
The rebuild will now start.
