Afternoon guys
A quick intro to start things off on the right foot.
I am an old timer regarding dirt roads and dirtbikes. Have done my fair share of racing and social riding.
I currently have a fully kitted YZ250 enduro bike and thought that instead of buying a new Husky that i will get n Dually instead.
So the research into what bike to get and the search into a nice bike that fits my pocket have been settled.
The transaction was completed on Friday.
So current status is as follows:
Red eyes -- no sleeping to excited
No work: Sitting on Wild dog forum researching farkles and reading articles relating to the bike.
Wednesday must come quick as i am flying up to Bloemfontein to take delivery of my new 2011 F800gs. It will also be my first long trip. 2000km round trip to friends and heading back home to Langebaan WC. SWAMBO said that i must be home on Friday as she also want to go for a spin.
So cheers to a new bike and a safe trip will post some pics on the F800gs forum when back.
