Did 1000km with repaired 'curried' radiator, no problems, yippee......... :thumleft:
BUT now one of the footpegs is loose. The 2 nuts holding it to the frame have stripped. ....
Best way to repair, is the question. Drill and tap to 10mm?? Drill through frame and fit longer bolts, etc??
AND EVEN WORSE. The motor has died.........beeeg puff of smoke, engine died and there's no compression. Will be starting to strip the motor in a day or 2. Could it have been caused by a little bit of lost doohickey I never found, come back to haunt me? This could be a repair with a price tag!
Thank god I was wearing a helmet when it happened, had to be towed by a bloody KTM.... :'(
