I am doing another night ride this Wednesday 22 Dec. 2010. Start time 20h30. Start venue;19 Flamingo Avenue (cnr. Ibis), Fourways. Coffee will be available from 19h45. By this time the afternoon storm will have cleared, and the almost full moon will be out.
The idea is to experience a variety of road / track surfaces, and avoid vehicular traffic. The round trip will be about 100km to 120km, we should be back in the vicinity of Fourways around midnight. There will be 2 or 3 smoke / chat stops en-route.
From my experience the few minor niggles include headlight adjustment, light reflected back from front mudguard and mirror adjustment.
While I would like to know who is coming, you can just pitch up.
If it is absolutely raining at 20h30, we will make a democratic decision and then ride out.
