Good Morning all,
At least its a short week
I am new to biking, my dad raced a little but stopped before I was old enough to get into it, always wanted to but it kinda passed me by.
Anyway we have an old Yamaha XT 500, a 78 model that has been stripped and was in the process of being rebuilt but it was never completed so I am looking for advice on where to take it to get the job done. I stay in JHB, the East side of it to be exact and would be grateful for any advice. I also understand people aren't usually allowed to advertise so feel free to PM me. Another thing which I have no idea about is mods to the XT, as this bike is now well over 30 years old what could I do to it to make it safer, more fuel efficient, comfortable to ride etc. I love knowledge so anything you can share with me would be awesome.
