Off-road virginity gone!

Hi guys!!

I took the bike for it's first off-road experience yesterday. It's difficult to believe that after 60 000km and 2 previous owners, it's never been on dirt or on it's side. That didn't last too long with me as the new owner.  :biggrin:
It wasn't just new grounds (pun intended  ;D ) for him but for me as well.
It really was an awesome experience!!! But at a price of course...
Came down halfway through the ride. Luckily not too much damage done. Flicker, Headlight cover, bruised hip and shin, my ego, and confidence.

I'm trying to look after my bike, and my (new) gear as I use it daily for commuting.
I would like to get myself something lighter and smaller to go play with. Something that I wouldn't mind getting busted when (not if) I fall.
I will really appreciate it if someone has old gear lying around that they don't want anymore.  eepwall:
I'll try and put it to good use and use it for what it was made to do.
