Just got back from a BMW dealer. Had spotlights fitted to my 2006 1200GS. They also checked the oil, said it was a bit low and topped it up. Rode about 20km home and I'm getting a smell of something burning, could be oil. Don't see smoke or anything. If the oil is over filled, is it possible that could be a problem? Sorry, that's all I can think of and I'm really not mechanically minded.
