panic attack, before getting on the bike?

Ok, maybe "panic attack" is a bit strong, but every time I think of riding on my bike I get this short (milli-sec.) panic pang in my gut.
For instance:
Sitting at work during the day, I would some times think to myself,"ah i'm on the bike today, lekker ride home" then this pang shoots through my stomach.

Has anyone experienced this and what can you do about it?
