Piggy pricing ?

I'm seriously considering adding a 1150 to the garage in the new year.

I've seen a few advertised & pricing varies considerably - from low R40ks to mid R220k like that adv at Bavarian.

What is a reasonable ballpark price & what should I be looking for or staying away from ?

I'm fully aware that these are now elderly & need to be lurved.
