So had the 1150 for a week now and getting to know all its quirks. When rolling the throttle on in 6th at around 130km/ h there is a loud pinging/clattering noise from the motor.I Googled it and they reckon it's the cam chain tensioner. Apparently once replaced it also takes away that clunking sound on start up. Has anyone replaced theirs and what did it cost. Did you use a BMW replacement or are there pirate parts available.
