I have been a lurker here for a while and today after voting I thought it as good a time as any to become a member.
I work in the city but grew up on the farm and love riding whenever I can.
My nickname is "Pirate" and they call me that as I "steal" a few minutes every Friday to get of work early to get out of the "Big Smoke" and go home .
I have been riding for about 5 years now and have done a few long bike trips with my ex bf like up Sani Pass and camping in Sodwana.
The rest of my excursions were all solo trips to nearby areas.
I hope to meet a few of you along the way and to read more tips and ride reports.
