I managed to get my hand son a Wunderlich catalogue (drool...). Although a lot of the stuff I'd class as "bling", there are one or two things that grabbed my fancy.
One of these is their "Tank & Paint Protection 'Venture Shield'" (part no. 1250420), basically a thickish, clear layer of plastic that gets stuck over bodywork to protect it.
Having seen how many bugs the Pig's tank can pick up in even a short ride, and how easily tanks get scratched, I was wondering if this would be a good idea...?
Any WDs tried someting similar, any thoughts?

Car magazine also carries an advert from a company offering to protect cars with a similar product. Anybody know of this?
