PLEEEEEEEEEASE HELP with AT neutral light problem?

[ROAD HOG]

My neutral light is on when the bike is not in gear, normal as it should be. When I pull the clutch, put it in gear (neutral light off) and when I release the clutch the neutral light comes on again.


Why Why Why..........................?
