Port Elizabeth to Sani pass

hi all, looking for advice. Am keen to do a  4x4 family trip form PE to Sani, one night sleepover en route to Himeville and a night sleepover at the top of Sani.

possible dates 1 april to 4 april..maybe someone going around these dates on their bikes and i could load some of their luggage.

Any suggestions regarding route, accomodation, things to see etc..thanks
