Eish! Earlier this week I had my Tiger's stator rewired / rewinded and a new regulator-rectifier (a Honda one ) installed after the battery charging system went south recently. An auto electrician here in Pretoria did the job for me for R2 480 - everything included, plus a warranty of 3 months. During my initial - let's call it my investigation phase - a Triumph dealer gave me a quote ("estimated prices" only, excluding VAT and labour) of R4 796 and R3 555 for the OEM stator and regulator-rectifier respectively.
