Hey there 
I am planning a trip from PTA to Plettenberg bay on the XR400 :ricky:
I have a great route planned from Colesberg to Plett. This will range from the desolation of the Northern Cape to the lusciousness of Eastern Cape.
The issue that I currently have is the fact that I do not want to do the PTA to Colesberg part due to it probably being very boring and uneventful.
Am I wrong in assuming this?? Do you have any XR400 type riding to recommend to Colesberg or Bloem?
I've been strongly considering putting the XR on the train to Colesberg.. have any of you guys done this?
Attached is the route I have planned currently. The 650KM are split over three days as I am planning to take it easy.
