PW50??????

I am looking for a PW50 for my 6 year old son. I can get one for R4200 neg and according the owner it is in very good condition and about 9 to 12 years old. The Owner tells me that he is now living overseas but the bike is with his parents since March 2011 and might struggle to start first time. I still must go and have a look and are requesting any information that I must look out for and whether the price is fair. Also what is the average costs involved for servicing the bike etc.

Anyone that might have something similar?
