I mentioned this in another thread but thought it good to talk about it again. I bought a pair of Sidi adventure boots from TracMac in Belville in August and used it on three different occasions. They are to say the least awesome. Even after a long day in the seat and walking around they don't hurt or were uncomfortable in anyway. The last time however they developed a problem with the inners at which point I took them back to TracMac. Within 2 days after returning the boots the guys at the shop phoned me to tell me Sidi replaced the boots no questions asked with a brand new pair.
Now need I say anymore then just Wow!!! Nothing short of what you'd expect from a quality product let alone the professional service from a store. Valuable lessons not just in buying the best product but also for retailers. I will go back to Tacmac in Bellville again and again.
