I fitted a Krauser Soft Pannier Luggage set to my bike and have literally never used it - it is available at a bargain price to the first taker.
Normal retail on this is around R 9 500.00 you can have it complete with brackets (to fit R1200GS/A LC) for only R5 500.00 based in Rivonia Jhb,
Two renowned German manufacturers have joined forces to develop this product: The panniers were
developed in collaboration with the Held company, and Krause rcontributed the ingenious racks.
Each of the expandable panniers has a capacity of up to 25 litres and can be securely attached to the bike with just one movement of the hand. In comparison with hard shell panniers the new Softcases are significantly lighter and less susceptible to damage, as well as being brilliantly easy to use.
The facts:
Can be fitted and locked to the pannier rack with one simple movement.
Expandable from 20 to 25 litres.
Light and robust.
Watertight, removable bag liners.
Water- and dustproof zippers.
Open to an angle of 45°.
