Rear FD oil weep ... Fix.

OK so noticed a slight FD weep at the RHS hub. I believe this is probably the outer seal and is an easy fix but am now wondering if the bearing is not on its way out too? Or should be done at the same time anyway? ... about 35K km. Thoughts?
