Registration for CABC is officially open to our members.

Attached please find all the relative information about the weekend:

·         CABC Registration Form

·         CABC Cancellation Policy

·         CABC Rules & Regulations

·         ABC Visitor’s Indemnity Form

The process:

·         Please complete the CABC Registration form

·         Please go through the CABC Rules & Regulations

·         Please complete the CABC Indemnity Form

·         Please scan the completed forms and e-mail to [email protected] OR fax to 023 626 5867

·         The organizers will send you the total payable as well as your reference number and the bank details.

·         Please use reference number issued with payments

·         Please send the proof of payment to the organizers

·         Your entry is ONLY CONFIRMED on receipt of payment
