Had a great morning exploring the Pta East, Bronkies, Rayton, Cullinan dirt roads on my own. Not many cars in sight, variety of road surfaces and enough mud pools to keep me awake.
Got on the tar and just before my coffee stop at Cullinan, nearly got taken out by a vrot old Honda that came drifting my way on a bend. Wake up call for me, I was relaxed after the concentration on the dirt and saw him too late. If he had been coming my way faster I would have been in big trouble.
The riding on tar is surely more dangerous than the riding on dirt because of the traffic and not the tar.
