Want to create a remote charging access for charging the little F650's battery.
I know you get some fancy chargers and connectors that allow charging through a bike's power socket, but this is for my boet so its got to be a basic (read cheap) arrangement.
So I read that you cannot use a car charger as amp will be to high. What thickness wires / amp capacity should I use for that purpose.
The basic idea is to connect the wires to the battery poles and then to a two pin plug which I can then place in an accessible position on the bike. I can then make another lead with two wires with a plug on the one end ( to plug into the plug on the bike) and small crocadile clips to connect to a charger on the other.
Any advice would be most welcome
