Removing a stripped bolt???

Howzit all.

I have a sticky situation.
I am busy fixing my Dakkie after my accident and have run into a wall.
There is one bolt i cannot remove from the under the bike on the foot peg bracket.

It is the only bolt stopping me from getting any further progress.

Does anyone have any advice as to how i remove the stripped bolt so i can remove the damaged bracket.
The hex head is striped so the spanner does work.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
