Lasat weekend, during a lowish battery start, I was shown how to "switch off" the headlight of my GS, by holding in the indicator reset switch for 5 seconds and then the right flicker for 5 seconds.
Off went the light and I could start and ride while the battery charged, not worrying about the headlight needing juice as well.
Now I want to swith the light back on! But the same combination ir in reverse, does not work. BMW does not come back with an answer, so I assume they do not know either.
Any ideas?
