Decided to take a quick spin at nearby field near the house with my new mx boots. Wow they are stiff, I had to move my shift lever up a notch just to get the boot underneath it. Got better but damn certainly not as much feel as a pair of hi tech's 
Is there any tricks in getting them to soften up ? Maybe round the house with them ?
