RIMS AND TYRES FOR A BMW GSA

Can anybody tell me if they have two sets of rims and tyres for their bike, a set with off-road and a set with dual purpose...

Im wondering if it is feasible to buy a second set of rims and have dual purpose tyres fitted so that i can do weekend road touring...as well as be able to change sets quickly and go and do an afternoon of bushwhacking.

Can a set of rim and tyres be changed quickly on a GSA..
