I'm the second owner after my brother. The bike has had a good life thus far. Mostly did longer trips with the bike by myself, my son and then my daughter, hence the lowered rear (standard spring and link included in the sale).
Bike was lovingly maintained and cared for.
Valves checked and shimmed by Linex Yamaha very recently.
Complete carburetor service done at Shimwells now, with new plug, air filter and HD rear tube fitted (R5 800).
O-ring chain, chain guide, chain slide, and sprockets recently replaced.
New rear tyre fitted.
Licence up to date.
Extras include:
Custom built light weight luggage frame. Should work with any soft luggage, but works especially well with Giant Loop bag.
New rally foam grips.
Hand guards.
Heavy duty tubes front and rear.
LED indicators.
This bike is absolutely sorted and I have nothing to report except for a few boot scuff marks and the odd scratch (See pictures).
The bike is still at Shimwells and can be viewed there. Feel free to ask them about its condition. You can literally just strap your bag to it, fill it up and go for an epic adventure. Serviced and ready to go.
I've not seen one of its age for sale in nearly as good condition.
I'm only selling because I have a 2016 WR450f and bought a friend's almost new Six Days 350 for my daughter.
