When I was in London I noticed that the road paint markings have sand sprinkled on top of it while it is still wet. This dramatically increases grip when it is raining. I was wondering what it would take to convince town councils to implement this even if it is just in town centers where lane arrows are more prevalent. This would make biking in these areas a lot more safe and it will improve braking/handling for cages as well. What do you think?
