Road Rash - the Cause & Effect

BIKER DOWN is a group here in the UK to which I subscribe for info and advice on anything Bike related.

I thought I'd share this post they made - which is a story by BRITTANY MORROW - her accident without ATGATT and the Cause and Effect of Road-Rash........ her outlook in life and the lessons learnt!

I feel it appropriate to share as many of us do that "quick" trip down the road without thinking of the consequences.

Please take the time to read and make sure you and your Pillion (especially the pillion) always wear appropriate protection!

The more incidents I hear of - the more I think of my friends and family that ride bikes and the more I want to re-itterate the importance of wearing the correct gear!

That old saying - "I'd rather sweat than bleed" is VERY appropriate!
